Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove your data from 1R at any time, in two ways depending on how much you want to remove.

Option 1 — Disconnect a single platform

Go to Dashboard → Connections and click Disconnect next to any platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn). This immediately deletes the stored access token for that platform and stops any further syncing from it. Previously synced posts are kept — this preserves your progress, streaks, and badges if you reconnect later — and are removed only if you request full account deletion below.

Option 2 — Delete your entire account

To delete your 1R account and all associated data — your profile, every connected platform's stored tokens, and all synced post data, including historical posts kept after a disconnect — email hello@onerevamp.com from the email address associated with your account and request deletion. We'll confirm your identity, delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, and reply to confirm once it's done.

What gets deleted

Your login credentials (Firebase Authentication record)
Every connected platform's stored access token
All synced post and metrics data associated with your account

What this does not affect

Deleting your 1R account does not delete or affect your underlying Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn account, or any posts you've published there. It only removes the connection and the data 1R has stored about those posts.
