Privacy Policy

What this is

1R (the "Service") is a dashboard, operated by OneRevamp, that lets you connect your Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn accounts to view performance analytics for your own posts. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how you can remove it.

Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you use to sign up (your password is stored securely by Firebase Authentication; we never see or store it in plain text).
• Platform connection data: when you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn, we receive and store an access token (encrypted at rest) issued by that platform, scoped only to the permissions you approve during that platform's login screen.
• Post performance data: using that access token, we retrieve metrics about posts you have published on the connected account — for example impressions, reach, likes, comments, shares, and saves — so we can display them back to you in the dashboard.

We do not collect data about other people who interact with your posts beyond aggregate counts (e.g. "42 likes"), and we do not access your private messages, contacts, or content beyond what's needed to show post performance.

How we use this information

We use the data described above only to:

• Authenticate you and keep your account secure
• Retrieve and display performance analytics for your own connected accounts
• Let you view trends across the platforms you've connected

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it to serve ads or share it with advertisers.

How we store and protect your information

Account and post data is stored using Firebase (a Google Cloud service). Access tokens for connected platforms are encrypted before they are stored. Access to this data is restricted so that only your own logged-in account can read or write your records.

Third-party platforms

When you connect Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn, your use of those platforms remains subject to their own privacy policies and terms. Connecting an account through 1R does not change the privacy settings you've configured on that platform.

Disconnecting an account and deleting your data

You can disconnect any connected platform at any time from the Connections page in your dashboard. To delete your account and all associated data entirely, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Data retention

We retain your account and post data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your stored data as described in our Data Deletion Instructions.

Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
