Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of 1R (the "Service"), operated by OneRevamp ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What the Service does

1R lets you connect your own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and/or LinkedIn accounts to view performance analytics — impressions, reach, engagement, and related metrics — for posts you've published on those accounts, in a single dashboard.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You must only connect social media accounts that you own or are authorized to manage — you may not connect an account on someone else's behalf without their permission.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

Connected platforms

When you connect a third-party platform (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn), you authorize us to access data from that platform on your behalf, limited to the permissions you approve during that platform's own login screen. Your use of each connected platform remains subject to that platform's own terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or continued operation of any third-party platform or its API — if a platform changes or restricts its API, some or all analytics from that platform may become temporarily or permanently unavailable.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service outside of normal use
• Connect accounts you are not authorized to access, or use connected data in violation of the originating platform's terms

Data and privacy

Our collection and use of your data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect a platform or delete your account at any time — see our Data Deletion Instructions.

Service availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and analytics accuracy depends in part on data provided by third-party platform APIs, which we don't control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneRevamp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity resulting from inaccurate analytics or a connected platform's API being unavailable.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
